Khun Waraporn Dale told i-ASiA Magazine about Thai Culture Fete 2009 “It’s not only a beautiful resturant that I wanted to create, it’s a place that I want people to remember and experience at leaste once in their life time. Thank you for all your support in the laste decade.”

คุณวราพร Dale บอกกับทีมงานนิตยสาร i-ASiA เกี่ยวกับงาน Thai Culture Fete ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2009 ว่า “ไม่ใช่แค่ร้านอาหารงดงามและอาหารที่รสเลิศเท่านั้นที่ดิฉันต้องการสร้างสรรค์ แต่อีกอย่างที่ดิฉันต้องการคือสถานที่ที่ทุกคนมาเยือนแล้วจะได้ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเมืองไทยติดตัวไป อย่างน้อยก็เป็นครั้งหนึ่งที่น่าจดจำไปตลอดชีวิต ขอบคุณทุกๆ คนที่มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์ตลอดกว่า 10 ปีที่ผ่านมาค่ะ”
